Liz Porter is a new woman in her dedicated creative space.

I have not been creating much in the last three weeks as my husband and I have been constructing a new studio in our garden.

Previously I have been working in a small box room, and my art stuff shares space with my sewing. I’m a messy artist, and I work on large canvases, it’s been difficult! During the winter when I couldn’t work in the garden, the space just wasn’t working. So, I decided it was time to have a larger studio.

The electrics are now in and the plasterboard is up so we are nearly there. I’m so excited to move in! Watch this space for updates.
