Stuck for inspiration?

I read this a lot - artist's block. What do I paint? Where do I start? Well our amazing tutor Claire always trained us to find inspiration from around us - and you don't have to be on a mountain or in front of a life model to get inspired. Pick up a leaf, observe the pots on your windowsill or even create an abstract painting using a limited palette (or black and white) and then grab/make a viewfinder to find a composition within it. Or watch the telly - I created this during Wimbledon - and I think it's more than a load of old balls!
